Vianna's sculpt class is so much fun! She naturally projects her voice and is intentional about circling the room to make the back corners engaged. She is also cognizant of the heat in the room and allows modifications for beginners. Will come back :)

Shoutout to Isa for somehow making Yoga Sculpt feel like a party and a workout at the same time. Thanks for bringing the energy, the laughs, and just enough motivation to make us forget our legs are on fire. You make every class better.

I showed up for a class at the exact time it started and the door was already locked. However, I was lucky enough to catch an instructor in front of the door, but she ignored me and didn’t even look my way to acknowledge there was a person standing in front of her to unlock it (many other students were still entering the class i was “late” for at this point) or at least tell me I was too late. I didn’t appreciate being ignored :(

Never coming back. I walked into the studio excited for a good workout and I told the young lady at the front desk it was my first time here. She had an attitude and asked me if I even booked the sculpt class. (yes i did through the app) She then told me to head to the back for my class even though I was hoping for a tour my first time. Every other studio gives a tour. There was two rooms in the back and I did not know which one was the sculpt class. I put my mat down and grabbed my equipment then a teenage girl comes in and throws her mat on top of mine while she goes elsewhere. She could have set her mat down in her own space but just decided to toss it wherever. Another woman stepped her whole foot on my mat while there was more than enough space around me to go around. Once the class started, the lights were kept on and the instructor was the lady from the front desk. All of class she was praising the boys on how good they looked. Also during the class I realized how close the mat spaces are to each other. I was not even elbows length away from the people next to me. Come to the end of class, there was absolutely no sanitation to the equipment used and people just rack their weights back up all nasty and sweaty!!! It was an unbelievable experience. Clientele is horrible and disrespectful and so is the customer service/front desk etiquette. I would never come back here or even recommend to others.
