    I have been coming here for about 6 months and I love this studio and the staff from manager to front desk to instructors. They are all so friendly, and make such an effort to remember your name a greet you every time you walk in. The instructors are all so different which is nice if you like to switch things up from week to week like I do, and Micki in particular will really push you to advance if she thinks you are capable (which I have been every time she's pushed me). I'm mad at myself for not starting Pilates sooner because it's a great workout but I truly look forward to it and enjoy it at this studio.

    I have struggled for years to get into an exercise routine, but Club Pilates Brea has changed that! I finally feel excited to work out and look forward to my classes. I have tried a variety of instructors since starting and they all have been great and supportive, especially since I have never done Pilates before. If you are also struggling to find a fitness routine to commit to, you should definitely give Club Pilates Brea a try!

    I’ve been attending Club Pilates for the last three weeks and have already completed 15 classes, and I’m honestly amazed by the results. The variety of movements and the way each class challenges your body in different ways is incredible. My core, which I’ve always struggled with, is finally getting stronger and firmer, and overall I feel so much stronger. I love that the workouts combine strength, control, flexibility, and cardio. The cardio sculpt classes are my favorite. As someone who usually does Orangetheory Fitness and weight training, I’ve found Pilates to be the perfect complement because you’re using your own body weight while still getting an effective, challenging workout. All of the instructors are phenomenal, and my only regret is not starting sooner. For women in their late 50s, especially those focused on strength, fitness, and navigating menopause, I highly recommend it. It’s truly been a game changer.
