    I've been here a few times now and each class has been so different than a previous class yet feels so famiilar at the same time. In my growing age (sigh), I've learned to listen to my body and not push myself like I used to. This place makes me feel like I'm challenging myself in a controlled, safe environment which I LOVE. Can't wait to see results as I continue coming here.

    I started BFT with very little knowledge about weight training and was hesitant and nervous to start. Fast forward, six months later I love it and feel comfortable lifting heavyweights all because the coaches here are knowledgeable, supportive, and FUN! Coach Josh and Coach Francis crack me up because they truly love what they do and it shows. To have that kind of energy so early in the morning is a reflection of how much they love what they do. If you want a fun and supportive gym, come join us!

    I can’t say enough good things about BFT! The energy, the programming, and the community are amazing. Every session is challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated. Huge shoutout to the coaching team : Cya, who always pushes me to my max and makes sure I never give up, plus Tina, Chris, Josh, Francis, Logan, Pa, Raquel and Lilly for bringing great vibes, guidance, and support to every workout. They all take the time to correct form, encourage you, and celebrate your progress, which makes a big difference. And of course, special thanks to Rakhi, the owner, for creating such a welcoming and positive environment. You can really feel the passion and care behind this place. If you’re looking for a studio that will challenge you, keep you accountable, and make fitness enjoyable, BFT is the place to be. Highly recommend! 💪

    I can’t say enough great things about BFT Brea! From day one, the entire team has been welcoming, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their fitness goals. A special shout-out to Francis and Josh — the way they work together as a team to lead the class, keep the energy high, and push us to be our best is awesome. Their coaching style strikes the perfect balance between motivation and accountability, and it’s made a huge difference in helping me stay consistent and make real progress. Also, shout-out to Coach Cya — let’s just say you better cover your a* when you walk into her class because she’s going to bring it!* 😅 But in all seriousness, she’s an incredible coach who pushes you in the best way possible and makes sure you get the most out of every workout. All of the trainers here are amazing, and the community is just as strong. In a short amount of time, I’m already seeing results and getting back to the shape I was in during my 20s. If you’re looking for a fun, supportive place to work out and truly get back into shape, I highly recommend BFT Brea!
