She will give an incorrect excuse about how you are not signed up for the correct plan. But she is just being lazy. It's a violation of the RX contract with Vons. Go elsewhere!

Not only is the store meh with minimal selection, but with 3 people ahead of me (the only lane open) I stood for 15 minutes and the checker only got one person through and not just because he left his check stand to do something for another customer. Why didn’t I use the self checkout you might ask… because I was trying to buy some alcohol. I finally gave up and ditched the alcohol for the self checkout. The machine freaked out on my lemon and froze up, saying help was on the way… well the only help was helping the checker with a gift card, so after another 5 minutes he finally came to help. WORST grocery shopping experience. We stopped here on our way to Mammoth thinking it would save time. Instead we spent 10 minutes getting groceries and 20 minutes checking out. Nightmare. We should have taken the extra two minutes to the store in Mammoth, which was likely busy, but I’m guessing MUCH faster!
