- BCBrandon CohenOct 2, 20265.0BANI WAS INCREDIBLE. She made getting a repair and new frames extremely fast, easy, and understandable. She’s extremely kind and really a pleasure to work with. So happy with my purchase and how my damaged glasses turned out. Really an easy experience all around had a lot of fun
- NYNate YamasakiSep 25, 20265.0Travelled to the flagship store to try on different sizes. Bani, was very helpful and adjusted my 649s to fit perfectly. High level customer service. If you like Persol, and can't find models locally, make the trip and ask for Bani A++.

- HLHoon LeeSep 20, 20261.0I brought in my PERSOL sunglasses to ask if they service lens changes, but the old lady, in a very disrespectful attitude, says they dont deal with other brands, without even looking at them. Should have never bought these shit glasses
- BBBrandonSep 12, 20265.0Victoria was incredible. Highly recommended visiting her! Super kind and knowledgeable and made the whole experience first class!
