  TL;DR: They’re absolutely incredible. Jochen Chiropractic has been a huge part of my health journey over the past few years. I started going for chronic back pain from leaning over tables at work (I worked in the Genius Bar), but they quickly became my go to for everything. A few weeks in, I severely sprained my ankle right before a trip to Japan. Jochen had me come in daily, using acupuncture, cupping, wet cupping, releases and massage to bring down the swelling and rebuild mobility, and continued adjustments to relieve the stress the crutches was putting on the rest of my body. By the time I left for Japan, I’d gone from crutches to walking with a cane for stability. Since then, they’ve been part of my regular wellness routine: helping me recover faster when I’m sick, and treating the physical toll of my job. Most recently, I injured both wrists at work, and while workers comp dragged on, I came in 2-3 times a week for pain management, including doing acupuncture to help with nausea from nerve pain medication. I truly believe if your body is going through literally anything, they have a treatment that will help.

  Wasted my time, I called if they take my insurance and they said they do. It’s a PPO a blueshield. I went in for my appointment and they left me waiting for 30 mins, the consultation started and then they said they won’t take the PPO because it’s through covered CA. Why didn’t they say that over the phone? They wanted me to pay out of pocket and had already started the consultation service. Wasted the middle part of my day. They need to be upfront/honest.

  I have had a wonderful experience at Jochen, everyone on the team is really kind and helpful. The location and atmosphere are great, easy to park and the office is really nice. Dr. Matt has been so great at helping me with my back pain, he always explains everything and offers a lot of education along the way which I really appreciate and just a few weeks in I started feeling a lot of improvement. I recently added acupuncture and cupping with Dr. Lee, and this has helped tremendously with pain and has been a boost to my overall health. I am so glad I found this practice and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for chiropractic care.

  This review is just about their rates, not their service. I called to see their rates for chiropractic and if you are cash pay, whoa! It's $325 for the initial visit and $160 thereafter. I am in shock. What has happened to the field of chiropractic?? Do people realize that cash paying people are still paying tons each month for health insurance but don't have chiro benefits? I am all for people charging what they are worth, but this is just pure greed. Anyone that charges this much is NOT in it to help people, but to squeeze every dollar out of people.
