  I love going to Jochen Chiropractic. I have been going there for over 10 years and the staff are so nice and treat their patients very well. Dr. Matt is a great chiropractor. Jessie and the girls are very personable when you call for an appointment. Dr.Lee is great for acupuncture. My body feels better after treatment.

  TL;DR: They’re absolutely incredible. Jochen Chiropractic has been a huge part of my health journey over the past few years. I started going for chronic back pain from leaning over tables at work (I worked in the Genius Bar), but they quickly became my go to for everything. A few weeks in, I severely sprained my ankle right before a trip to Japan. Jochen had me come in daily, using acupuncture, cupping, wet cupping, releases and massage to bring down the swelling and rebuild mobility, and continued adjustments to relieve the stress the crutches was putting on the rest of my body. By the time I left for Japan, I’d gone from crutches to walking with a cane for stability. Since then, they’ve been part of my regular wellness routine: helping me recover faster when I’m sick, and treating the physical toll of my job. Most recently, I injured both wrists at work, and while workers comp dragged on, I came in 2-3 times a week for pain management, including doing acupuncture to help with nausea from nerve pain medication. I truly believe if your body is going through literally anything, they have a treatment that will help.

  Wasted my time, I called if they take my insurance and they said they do. It’s a PPO a blueshield. I went in for my appointment and they left me waiting for 30 mins, the consultation started and then they said they won’t take the PPO because it’s through covered CA. Why didn’t they say that over the phone? They wanted me to pay out of pocket and had already started the consultation service. Wasted the middle part of my day. They need to be upfront/honest.

  Dr. Stephen Jochen and his capable team of physicians, therapists and administrative support personnel are the best! They are professional and focused on overall wellness. My sessions are timely and I feel aligned, light on my feet, and physically fit after each visit. I appreciate the holistic approaches and treatments and have discovered the joys of acupuncture and cupping I look forward to my “tune up” appointments because they do my body good!
