I really appreciated how everyone had a role and guided me through each step—from checking in and getting my imaging done, to sitting down with the optometrist, and finally picking out my glasses. Everything flowed so smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making it such an easy and pleasant experience!

Really lovely sales people who wander around the shop and help you right away. My ordering process was so quick! The prices are SO much lower than everywhere I have ever bought glasses. I think this will be the only place I buy glasses in the future!

I ordered a new pair of glasses, and though I hadn’t bought my current glasses from WP4S, the optician made adjustments to them so they’d fit SO MUCH better. For me, the drawback was the tendency staff have to try upsell frames with repeated encouragement to buy an additional pair at a discount. One such suggestion is plenty. Beyond runs the risk of coming across as pushy. Still, i appreciated the overall service and look forward to receiving my new glasses within approximately only 10 days!

When I walked in, I was greeted, which I appreciated. However, after looking around for a while, no one followed up to ask if I needed assistance. There were two associates standing and talking about their medications, one person behind the counter, and another assisting a customer. I was disappointed to leave without receiving any assistance. I expected a more welcoming and attentive customer service experience based on the recommendation I received.
