  This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review. My experience began with scheduling confusion. The office had previously called me the day before only 30 minutes before an appointment to say the doctor was running late and ask whether I could come later. I couldn't. So we rescheduled for 1pm the next day. Both me and my assistant sitting next to me during the call wrote it down. The next day While I was already on my way, I saw an email saying I had missed a 12:30 appointment. Given the previous last-minute change and the fact that I had 1:00 written down, I assumed scheduling was simply a little loose and decided to continue there. When I arrived, the staff was immediately dry and unwelcoming. I still completed the paperwork and tried not to read too much into it. The doctor then rushed me through the entire exam and seemed extremely impatient. When asking me questions about the lenses, he would often answer for me before I could clearly respond. There were also several small comments and interactions that felt uncomfortable. I still tried to warm up the interaction and mentioned that my wife had an appointment there the following week. At the end, he handed me a card and asked me to leave a review to support the business, without acknowledging how rushed or uncomfortable the appointment had been. Afterward, another employee asked whether I planned to buy glasses. I said I would look around, but no one offered assistance or asked what I needed. Eventually, I thanked everyone and began to leave. Only then did someone quickly call after me to mention that the glasses were 40% or 50% off. The entire visit felt cold, rushed, and unwelcoming. I could not shake the feeling that assumptions were being made about me based on my appearance, especially because I saw other customers being treated much more warmly. My wife will be canceling her appointment, and I will not return. hopefully its was just timing .....

  I had a really pleasant experience at this shop! Amy was incredibly helpful and took the time to replace my glasses nose pads for me. My glasses are comfortable to wear again. Wonderful customer service, would definitely come back.

  This doctor gave me the best eye examination I've had after a decade working in the eye health industry, he literally improved my vision after 50 with a single exam and corrected prescription. The practice is very friendly and professional. Honestly I'm recommending him from the bottom of my heart ❤️

  I walked into the store without an appointment & was immediately helped by Amy, who was fabulous!! I needed new progressive lenses for frames I had purchased elsewhere, AND prescription lenses for a pair of sunglasses frames I already owned as well. Amy was incredibly helpful and patient, and worked with me to find the right lenses that would be still be good quality but also that I could afford. I so appreciate her assistance, and I would recommend her (and the store) to anyone looking for a smooth and not break the bank experience. And also, she was just a fun lady! Thank you Amy & For Eyes!!

  I went in for an eye exam, and prescription lenses. Dr. Lam was very helpful and detailed in getting my prescription just right, he pointed out how my old prescription was off so that I had to compensate with one eye. Got my new lenses and immediately noticed a big difference. Amy and Chris were very friendly with their customer service and with helping pick out frames. It was a very comfortable and easy experience all the way through.
