No matter if I have come in for some quick maintenance on my frames or to order a new pair and get a new prescription they always take care of me, help me find what I'm looking for and are genuinely kind in our interactions, which is so refreshing! Their team reminds me of why a considerate and knowledgeable human that is skilled in their work and invested in great customer service has irreplaceable value within a business... especially in today's climate. Both the staff and Dr. never fail to be patiently attentive to my needs and give me the best care possible at any given moment, no matter how long it has been since my last visit. For all those reasons and more I didn't even mention, I highly recommend this office. Their team and services are great!!!

My daughter received an eye exam, and when she was trying to understand what the costs breakdown was, the doctor lectured her on "what a good deal she was getting." She then tried to underscore that she was traveling and had a timeline for contacts, but they didn't seem to care. Now the contacts are delayed, and we've used up her eye exam, no refund, and no contacts.
