- AHAdam Hammons2 days ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love CorePower Yoga in Berkeley! The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and bring such great energy to every class. I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and like I got an amazing full-body workout. The heated classes are challenging in the best possible way, and I really like the combination of yoga, strength, and movement. There are enough different classes and instructors that you can find what works best for you, whether you want a serious workout or a great yoga session. I especially love how bright and open the Berkeley studio feels. The huge windows make the space feel much more inviting than a typical workout studio. What keeps me coming back, though, is how I feel afterward. Even when I walk in tired or stressed, I leave feeling energized, accomplished, and in a much better mood. CorePower has become one of my favorite parts of my routine. Highly recommend giving it a try — especially if you enjoy yoga but also want a challenging workout!

- AAAmbikaJun 10, 20261.0the classes are not for me. I’ve studied yoga in India, I’m a yoga teacher and I’ve been practicing for over a decade. I asked who their more challenging teachers were and she said that the classes must be too advanced for me if I was looking for hotter more challenging classes than the ones they offer. Which felt less helpful and more of a dig coming from a place of insecurity since I wasn’t satisfied with my class. It was a very beginner class with a teacher who hasn’t been teaching very long…. Unfortunate that they couldn’t help me find a class that fit my level and instead tried to put down my practice… incredibly rude management and I’ve read some of the other reviews and I’m not surprised so many people are unhappy with this studio..
