    I cannot recommend Dr. Parviz and the Parviz Hypnotherapy & Holistic Center highly enough. When I first came to Dr. Parviz, I was skeptical about hypnotherapy because I had tried it before with another hypnotherapist and experienced no results. I was struggling with addiction and wasn’t sure anything could truly help. From the moment I met Dr. Parviz, I knew this experience would be different. He spent over two hours with me during our first session ,not rushing, not watching the clock, but genuinely taking the time to understand who I am, my life experiences, my trauma and the root causes of my addiction. No therapist or psychiatrist had ever invested that kind of quality time in getting to know me. Dr. Parviz didn’t just focus on the symptoms; he went straight to the source. His depth of knowledge, compassion, and ability to connect the pieces of my life was remarkable. After just my first treatment, something shifted. Since leaving that session, I have not returned to my addiction and I continue to remain free from it.
