The store manager, Nicholas, was exceptionally thorough. He took the time to walk me through every step of the ordering and customization process, clearly explaining lens options and order timelines so there were zero surprises. Anita was equally wonderful—incredibly cordial, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visit. Ordering prescription smart glasses can involve a lot of moving parts, but Nicholas and Anita made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this team!

My husband spent over an hour trying to fix them without any luck, so we brought them in and Nick was incredibly kind and helpful. He was able to fix them for us free of charge, which we really appreciated, especially since the glasses are still pretty new. While we were there, I also looked around and was really impressed with their selection. They had so many cute frames! When it is time for me to get new glasses and my insurance is ready, I will definitely be coming back to pick out a pair. Thank you again to Nick for the wonderful customer service and for making our day a little easier!
