  This is such an amazing company, they have gone over and beyond to make this experience for us as smooth as possible. My grandma has memory issues and sometimes we have really hard days and just need some extra help. Home Instead always makes sure we are taken care of.

  We used Home Instead for both my grandma and my grandpa. After they came down with the flu, we needed to go from help during the day to 24/7 and Carly (owner) made sure that happened the same day. If a caretaker called out last minute there was someone there in replacement. The owners Carly and Lawerence were great to work with and were easy to get ahold of incase of any issue. My grandma wanted me to give a special shoutout to her MVP caretakers Marlow, Jane, Susie, and Delaine. Thank you ladies for everything! And thank you Home Instead!

  Home Instead Bakersfield has truly exceeded our expectations with their amazing services. When we urgently needed 24/7 care for my mom, who has dementia, no other business in town was accepting a client at that level or could start for three weeks. Home Instead stepped in and began care the very same day. The caregivers are incredibly loving and compassionate, creating a warm and nurturing environment that made my mom feel safe and well cared for. Their dedication and support have been a blessing for our family, and we are immensely grateful for their outstanding service. I don’t know what we would have done without Carly, Lawrence and Jessica!

  I called Home Instead and was directed to Sarah who was so patient, sincere and concerned. She contacted the owner Carly and told her what I needed. Carly met me at the hospital same day and we signed up. I am so grateful to Sarah and Carly for helping me with my stubborn old dad! Now I feel I can breathe knowing he’s in good hands. Thank you both so very much!
