- JLJuan LunaAug 21, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with the service I received. It took nearly five months and multiple calls and referrals from my primary doctor before I finally received an appointment. Then, on the day of my appointment, I was told the doctor wasn’t seeing patients, even though I had a scheduled appointment. I was also told someone had tried to contact me, but I never received a call or message, and my phone number had previously been entered incorrectly. I had to leave work early for this appointment, only to have it essentially wasted. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and even a simple apology. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect better communication and customer service from a medical office.

MAs and Staff do not call you back Medical Records are not signed for months Staff dont work with the Doctor efficiently to address patient need, Ive been out of medication for 3 months because the Staff are not able to get Dr Ravi to sign a pre-auth Worst Private Practice for GI. I've filed a complaint to CMB DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, you will die because of gross negligence.

But let me tell you so far I am impressed; I checked in for my appointment and within a hour we were 100% done. Dr. Ravi listen's. He is a really nice person. Office people were helpful and kind.
