  Absolutely unacceptable patient care and complete disregard for patients’ time. Waiting more than two hours at a doctor’s office is not a minor inconvenience when it happens repeatedly. This has been going on for months, and apparently no one has any intention of fixing it. The office continues to schedule far too many patients, creating a completely unrealistic workload that the staff cannot keep up with. And who pays the price? The patients. We are the ones sitting there for hours, watching our appointments get pushed further and further behind schedule. What is even more infuriating is the response when patients complain: “It’s not in our hands.” Then whose hands is it in? Someone is responsible for scheduling. Someone is responsible for managing the workload. Someone is responsible for deciding how many patients this office can realistically handle. And someone is responsible for making sure patients are not routinely left waiting for hours. You cannot continuously create a problem and then tell the people suffering from it that it is “not in your hands.” That is not accountability. Patients are not numbers on a schedule. Our time is valuable, and our time deserves the same respect that we are expected to show for the doctor’s time. If an office consistently cannot keep up with the number of patients it schedules, the solution is not to make patients wait indefinitely. Fix the scheduling. Increase capacity. Change the system. Do something. Months of the same problem with no meaningful improvement is unacceptable. This is not a one-time bad day. This is a management problem. And someone needs to take responsibility for it.

  All the doctors seem caring and even the FNP is doing the job correctly. Awesome doctors and office environment.

  Be prepared for a long wait to see the doctor who only visits you for about five minutes & have you do all kinds of tests probably to make more money

  Dr Manpreet is a great physician and really helps. BUT Maria is careless and is so unprofessional. The staff at the desk never knows what’s going on and your appointment ends up taking 5 hours because of this. The Doctors are very good but Maria and the staff really need to be fixed. Only giving it a high rating because Manpreet is such a good physician. And so is Jasleen.
