  My appointment was scheduled promptly (3 days out!). Kind & efficient staff and Dr. Erickson is kind, caring, & thorough. I can't imagine any reason to go elsewhere else!

  Avoid avoid avoid. This is a clinic that does not want to help. They would rather have you use steroids and specific shampoos for the rest of your life than do any sort of troubleshooting no matter how minor. This is how my experience went; We discuss for 2.5 minutes. Doctor says it's likely permanent and there's nothing he can do. I ask about what could cause this, the answer is family history. Doctor then recommends a special otc shampoo for the rest of my life and steroids. Why is this wrong? It was lazy. When we don't understand something, the first step is to identify what is causing the problem. You do this with testing, looking at likely solutions, and crossing them out when they don't work. Did the doctor do any of this? No. And I think this might be the reason he has so many bad reviews on yelp, google, healthgrades, and webmd. What I expected to happen; Doctor discusses issue. Creates a list of possible things that it could be. Recommends testing to get more information if needed. Try most likely treatments out. This doctor is a prime example of how our healthcare system is failing us.

  Very poor customer service, rude secretary at front desk and they are not clear as to what insurance they take. I drove an hour to my appt only to be turned away because they didn't clarify my insurance prior to my visit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE VISIT thisPRACTICE!
