  No es la primera vez que estoy en este lugar, me encanta el trato tan amable de los trabajadores, la doctora es tan profesional y amable, explica tan bien, me encanta que hay personas incluyendo a la doctora que hablan español, esta última vez me asesoró Yaritza, ella se tomó el tiempo para ayudarme a elegir el tipo de lentes que necesitaba, fue tan amable y educada y respetuosa, dan ganas de regresar y seguir eligiéndolos para la compra de mis lentes, gracias por ser profesionales, felicidades a todo el equipo.

  I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment, and I especially want to recognize Yari Lua for going above and beyond in helping me choose my glasses. As someone who is completely new to wearing glasses, I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed and honestly had no idea what I was looking for. I was very picky and tried on what felt like countless pairs, but Yari never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She stayed with me through the entire process, patiently helping me narrow down my choices and making sure I felt confident in my decision. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable and informative she was. She taught me so many things about eyewear that I didn’t know as someone who has only been wearing glasses for a year. She took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely cared about finding the right pair for me & not just something that looked good, but something that felt right and suited my needs. Yari was also incredibly sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with her on a personal level, which made the entire experience feel so much more welcoming and enjoyable. Her patience and kindness really made an impression on me. I also want to acknowledge everyone else on the team who assisted me throughout my appointment. Every person I interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and kind. It was clear that the entire team genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Yari, and the entire team, for making my first experience choosing glasses such a special one. I absolutely love the pair we chose, and I’m so grateful for the time, patience, and care you all gave me. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized! 💕

  It was my first time coming to Target Optical and my experience was pretty disappointing. To start, the sales associates were amazing!!! very friendly and helpful in helping me pick out the right pair of glasses. They definitely don’t deserve to be treated the way they were being treated by Dr Belo. The problem started when the doctor came out to the sales floor and spoke very rudely to one of the managers (I believe she was the manager), She was yelling and being disrespectful, literally sounded like she was belittling her which made me feel uncomfortable because the store is small and I was so close to them. It was a very awkward experience to witness. Keep in mind they were swamped with people and not enough staffing to assist. I hope this behavior is addressed because it really took away from what should have been a positive experience. The staff deserves better. Thank you Yary, Judy and the guy in the the back that assisted with part of the exam process I do want to add that despite what I witnessed on the sales floor the Dr was great during the exam and very thorough

  I have been going to Target Optical in Atwater for about 10 years now for myself and my three boys. We've always had a great experience going for our annual eye exams. Dr. Belo is very thorough during the exam and happy to answer questions or explain things in detail. You can tell she truly cares for her patients and we're happy to be in her care. Much thanks to Yari for her expertise, patience and kindness in helping us pick out glasses, we appreciate it.
