  I thought the drug stores like this did not exist anymore thanks to CVS and rite aid But they do. This Pharmacy and medical supply company is great ... they actually know who I am , actually get the stuff ready before I'm at the counter. Everybody is helpful and courteous. The staff is not overworked. And since I'm an old man I get real impatient... I'm always grumbling about things ain't the way they used to be. But here at Best Care, they... are these guys are great. The only thing they are missing is a throwback to the 50s and 60s : a soda fountain... It was a place you could actually get a milkshake or a malt , that wasn't filled with air and tastes like foam.. made with actual and real ice cream. What is it that Mick Jagger said : you can't always get what you want but, if you try sometimes, you get what you need. And we need places like this.

  Pharmacist refused to admit he made a mistake in filling my mother's prescription. My mother is 99 years old and he filled the old prescription on file for double the amount she takes. The stronger prescription was an old one. Her caregiver was also told the newer one couldn't be filled yet because it was too soon. That was correct but then he filled the old prescription and refused to take it back. Very rude and not accepting responsibility for his actions.

  They've never once contacted me about my breast pump even though it was approved through insurance last month. When I did get to speak to someone, they said it could be delivered to my house. It has been 2 additonal weeks and still no pump or tracking number or any confirmation was sent to me. I have since called them back a few times to follow up. They gave me different stories of not knowing its status and then changed it to they don't have my insurance information or that they might be able to send it next week. Upon reading other reviews, it seems like poor customer service is their standard work ethic with their medical equipment department. This tells me they do not care about their customers at all.
