She spent thousands of dollars on Celine frames, and Lens Crafters broke them. It took them an entire year to finally send her a check to reimburse her for the damaged frames. My client comes to LA every year to shop with me. I noticed she wasn’t wearing the eyewear we purchased last year and was back to wearing her old frames, so I asked her what happened. She told me how poorly LensCrafters, specifically this location, treated her. I was extremely upset because my client is very sweet and doesn’t like confrontation. I truly feel they took advantage of her. I went into the store today and explained the situation to the manager, Jacob. Whoever thought it was a good idea to make him the manager needs to reevaluate that decision. He was beyond unprofessional. I asked what kind of discount or even a gift card he could offer to help remedy the situation since my client is back in town and still needs glasses. Instead, he responded in a very condescending manner, with a smirk on his face, and basically told me to file a report online. He has ZERO customer service skills and should not be managing a business that depends on customer satisfaction. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I will be reporting this location on EVERY social media platform, contacting his district mgr, corporate and writing to BBB. This company has been in business before my mother was born and this is their level of professionalism.
