  Went in to this clinic very friendly, the lady in the front was very kind and funny definitely helped with the first time jitters. The dr. Jennifer was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about hearing aids. They made me feel comfortable will be recommending.

  the technician who helped me, did a great job, she informed me at every step of the test, she also explained to me all the hearing aids available and how they work. I am very satisfied with my visit and how they treated me, the receptionist and the technician were super nice to me and very professional. Thank you. Gonzalo Ramirez

  This place is very special to us. My mom who’s been struggling to hear for years has finally found someone who cared enough to sift though the system to see if her insurance can cover her hearing aid. We’ve been seen by a number of clinics but they didn’t even take the time to help us or point us to the right direction... At Connect Hearing in Arcadia, they treat us with the same kindness and gentleness each and every time we go which you normally don’t see in clinics. It is different from the usual polite civility you get from personnel in a clinic, theirs is a genuine kindness that is really refreshing! Apart from that, Jennifer is very good at what she does. They make sure the schedules of patients aren’t overlapping that’s why every time we go, we don’t wait long in the waiting area and that for me is soooo important! In case you have hearing concerns this is the place to go!
