Casa Colina at Apple Valley is a 54-bed residential care facility for men and women with traumatic or acquired brain injuries. We offer respite, intermediate, and long-term care for clients with a range of functional abilities, in a manner that recognizes their dignity, diversity, and individuality. Our structured living program includes individuals who require maximum assistance; those with mild behavioral challenges who may develop the skills to function independently in the community; and those capable of minimally assisted independent activity, such as work or college. Our goal is to help your client or loved one develop skills of daily living, establish healthy routines, and enjoy a productive, rewarding life.
