  Drs are great... They seem genuine to want to help. They take the time and inform you, ask about your overall health to better gauge your eye health and understand how your eyes came to where it is. However, support staff (front desk and/or optical department) not so great. In person, front desk are always in a hurry and friendly enough. Optical department is decent. Over the phone, no one answers. You can call early in the morning or at lunch, and it goes straight to VM and asks to text or request call. Call backs never occur and although texts are appreciated, there is never a follow up if you ask for someone to call you back or anything. I mean 0 follow up... Haven't heard from any one in months. Tried another time and waited a few days to get a call back, again nothing. When I brought it to their attention, I finally got a call back. This incident plus another incident in the past (which should've been a tell tale sign but I believe in second chances) is the reason I am not going back. If you are searching a good optometry office with good front office customer service I suggest another location.

  Everyone was super sweet and helpful. They all explained every part of the eye exam. Doctor Jessica was super insightful and made it a great experience. You can tell she loves her job. 🙏🏻 God bless everyone!

  I have been going to eye to eye for years now, Unfortunately, it has always been so difficult to get an appointment because no one answers the phones. I have been calling for 30 minutes just today and no one answers, I also left a text message and got no response. I was told to call 4/1 to get an appointment for May but how can I get an appointment if no one answers the phones? Please work on this as it is SUPER frustrating!

  Called for over a week, can never get a call back. I guess it will go elsewhere.
