Lazy and dirty team. How ironic for a gym. Untrustworthy managers. Please avoid you guys! You'll thank me later.
Save yourself the time and effort, and go somewhere else. Your time is valuable. I sincerely hope the owner sees my review.
My friend has been a longtime member at this gym since it is very close to her, she's been a loyal, unproblematic, and an overall amazing guest (7+ years paying a premium), and she has been waiting for some basic assistance from the manager for over weeks now. That is highly unreasonable.
This gym is relatively small and has negative reviews for a good reason, the managers have no sense of work ethic or basic respect. A bit pathetic and counter-productive. I even apologize for using the word pathetic. No sense in solving one simple issue.

To your response, I was with her when she called you guys directly, multiple times now, she asked for one simple need.
She's been more than patient, kind, and understanding. She is absolutely not someone who is problematic.
You guys have made things extremely difficult for her, confidently told her to just email and it would get done the next day.
It's been over weeks now, and still, absolutely no response, and no sense of follow up. The manager also has her phone number, and she was told the manager would reach out to her the next day. Never once made a phone call.
There's two managers, am I correct?
Second time she called, she's being told the same thing, again in a confident and promising manner, but this time, now there's a fee on top of it all.
And again, next day, absolutely no response.
And no, you guys have not tried to resolve this manner one bit. It's been weeks now.
She's been patiently waiting for weeks, and today, she called again, just got off the phone with the same young lady who promised her the manager would finally open up her emails first thing in the morning. Next day, still, absolutely no follow up. Not even addressing the fact that it's been weeks which contradicts her initial promise of it taking simply one day for the manager to open up her email and resolve this issue.
And to make matters worse, this third phone call was made last night on July 1st, and now, this same employee has the audacity to even give her an attitude and speak to her with disrespect as if she's in the wrong.
Gave a call to corporate, and they said yes, it's a very quick and very simple process. So what's the issue? Are the managers that unproductive and lazy?
Please learn how to be proactive.
This manner has not been resolved, and she's still getting charged on her card, being treated like a cash cow when she hasn't visited in months.
Where is the conflict resolution in regards to your response?

BTW.. they're very quick to respond to your emails AND call when they want you to sign the contract, but when you ask for one simple need after never once asking for a need for 7+ years, they go completely MIA! 😂 Yikes.
She would love to speak to the owner directly.
