  Hope this finds you well . This morning we left our place to come to Disney and we forgot the key to our mobility scooter. We live 4 hours away so we had to get a spare so I googled and I called Amos and he got back to me in seconds and took the time to text me a picture of the key and he quite literally saved the day !!! I highly recommend this business they are Johnny on the spot and I give them 👍👍 😊 THANK YOU AMOS MOBILITY🪄🪄🪄🎩

  For personalized service while booking I could not have asked for better! John was everything that was helpful, and answered my questions completely and advised on upgrades and swap outs to make the scooter accommodate my disability the best. Can't wait to enjoy my Disneyland vacay on this vehicle!

  Fantastic experience! John went above and beyond to make the delivery and pick up as seamless as possible. But what was extremely exceptional in how he helped ease an unexpected situation that came up in the middle of our trip. I had to be taken from the Disneyland park to a local hospital. I had no choice but to leave the scooter behind at the Disneyland medical building. I had no idea what was going to happen to it. Coordinating with Bell services, John was able to make sure that the scooter was returned to our hotel and we were able to pick it up after I was released from the emergency room. We even got to salvage a few hours of our Disney day. Thank you again, John, for being fantastic to work with. I would recommend Amos Mobility to anyone.

  I needed to rent a scooter for a conference taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was recovering from a Meniscus Surgery so having the scooter was crucial to having a successful conference. The scooter was available to me the morning I needed it (had even been dropped off the night before!) and the owner also made sure I got a very necessary accessory (crutches/Cane holder) for the scooter based on my condition. I was already worried about getting around during the convention and was also curious how I was going to maneuver holding my bag with laptop and two crutches. Having the added attention to detail for my crutches really made the experience fantastic. I only had to worry about not hitting anyone as I moved about! The team was easy to communicate with and I would 10/10 recommend to any customers who need a scooter in the area.

  John was very helpful and fast. Made sure everything was good on the scooter. Worked great good battery life. I defenitely will be going with John my next stay at Disneyland
