  I needed to rent a scooter for a conference taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was recovering from a Meniscus Surgery so having the scooter was crucial to having a successful conference. The scooter was available to me the morning I needed it (had even been dropped off the night before!) and the owner also made sure I got a very necessary accessory (crutches/Cane holder) for the scooter based on my condition. I was already worried about getting around during the convention and was also curious how I was going to maneuver holding my bag with laptop and two crutches. Having the added attention to detail for my crutches really made the experience fantastic. I only had to worry about not hitting anyone as I moved about! The team was easy to communicate with and I would 10/10 recommend to any customers who need a scooter in the area.

  John was very helpful and fast. Made sure everything was good on the scooter. Worked great good battery life. I defenitely will be going with John my next stay at Disneyland

  John is so great to work with. I have been renting from him for years and the scooter or wheelchair has always been there as expected when I arrive at my hotel. He has provided me with emergency rentals when I have hurt myself in the park and he is super flexible and understanding if your plans go sideways.

  Where to start on a positive note. Have no complaints with this company or scooters. This is second time I have rented from them. First time I was last minute trying to rent a 500lbs scooter at Christmas time. Called around and one of the other companies that had an employee that had worked for this company and was like call Amos talk with John. And best way to say this rest is history. This time they knocked it way out of the park. FREE Upgrade to this beast of a scooter. Ya turn radius was getting used to but other than that loved it. Great battery life no where close to ever worrying about having to push it cause of dead battery. I think I napped on it a time or two waiting at the parks. I’m already planning next trip and you already know my first call after booking hotel is straight to Amos scooters. Permanent renter for scooters for Disneyland. I already shared this company to friends and family. I know they will have great service here. Best of all is they do free upgrades. Like for example my upgrade. I’m going to have this as a best scooter I have ever rented.
