- QSQ Salcido2 days ago4.0This place is honestly just okay. I feel like the layout is extremely weird , once you get down to the lowest level to it gets boiling hot down there and it's not a good idea for a gym. Nothing wrong with the facility really I'm just being picky . Also too I can't stand the parking lot it's always full and you can never find parking. You would think a multi-million dollar company would be able to go ahead and get a parking structure built back there or something of the nature.
- HKHacı Ömer KOÇ6 days ago5.0It’s a great place, the employees are really interested and helpful. It is also a beautiful place, more ideal than other GYMs.
- RFRick (frerecend)Oct 3, 20262.0Idk why they don't have a shared jacuzzy, instead of the tiny ones they have.
- EREdson D. RojasSep 29, 20261.0Management does not respond to emails. Restrooms are always drity, worse than truck stops! For $134 a month I would expect a clean restroom. Equipment is great but thats standard even at planet fitness. Unless you will take the fighting classes, just go to 24 hour fitness, there you know what to expect. Don't believe the hype, its just a regular gym with an octagon inside. [9/30] The nice response from the owner is appreciated, but they charged me for a month after I canceled and management never replied to my inquiry. So, thank you for the reply, refunding my $134 for Saptember would be better.
- MSMatthew SquanceSep 13, 20265.0Joined the gym while I was visiting from the UK - had fantastic customer service help particularly from Ariana who sorted out an easy membership for me while I was visiting. Made it very easy and straightforward and absolutely would be back on a return visit to LA. I tried getting help through 24 hour fitness and Planet fitness who were both either unhelpful or tried to make things much more complicated than it needed to be. Very grateful for the good service and was also impressed at the scale of the gym. 3 floors and tons of equipment to access. Thank you again and would definitely return to a UFC gym when next visiting the States
