  This location is fantastic! Great value for money. The gym has everything you need for cardio and strength training, and the 24/7 access is perfect The atmosphere is very relaxed .It’s clean, quiet during off-peak hours, and the staff is always responsive if you need help with a membership or equipment, specially Ray and Julian .

  You’d think it’d be better especially for the price you pay for this membership. I’ve been to multiple gyms, AND let me tell you….worst one yet. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE WORKERS THAT WONT HELP YOU FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY NOT GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO PROVIDE TOILET PAPER FOR THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS BUT INSTEAD TELL THEM TO GO ELSEWHERE WHEN WE ARE PAYING A MEMBERSHIP!! WORKERS DONT CARE TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE NOR PROVIDE GOOD ATTITUDES JUST AS MUCH AS THE OWNER THAT DOESNT ANSWER ANY EMAILS OR NO WHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN ISSUES ARISE WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY OR QUALITY OF BUSINESS!! WORKERS JUST STAND THERE AND DONT CARE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUES PEOPLE MAY HAVE WHEN IT COMES TO THE BUILDING ITSELF OR THEIR SERVICES! THEY SIMPLY TELL YOU “THEY CANT DO ANYTHING” USELESS WORKERS AND POINTLESS TO HAVE WORKERS IN THE FRONT WHO DONT KNOW CRAP!

  Horrible management. They kept charging me more than the original amount ( $57 instead of $24) and random undisclosed service fees that I was being charged (took months to get the service fee disputed). Always hard to be in touch with the manager (there’s only one). Beautiful gym with beautiful machines, but unfortunately constant overcharging has ruined my experience. Don’t waste your time. Parking is also hard to find. There’s no point in going to this gym unless you love to get your money stolen.

  When the UFC Gym opened here in Alhambra, I was incredibly motivated and excited to start my fitness journey. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into a complete headache due to unprofessional staff, poor communication, and terrible billing management. Back in February, I purchased some training sessions. I realized I had mistakenly used the wrong credit card, so I immediately asked the staff to cancel that transaction and charge it to my preferred card instead. Instead of a simple fix, I ended up being charged on both cards. Despite asking for the erroneous charge to be removed, nothing was done. To make matters worse, it was NEVER disclosed to me during sign-up that this was a recurring monthly charge. I suddenly found myself being billed for two additional months on the wrong credit card—the very one I had explicitly asked them to remove from my file. I never agreed to or expressed interest in a monthly subscription for these sessions. When I finally got in touch with the fitness manager to resolve this, the response was incredibly frustrating. I was told nothing could be done because: The coach who originally handled my sign-up no longer works there. The gym processed these unauthorized monthly charges but refused to issue a refund. Even after repeatedly requesting a refund for all these erroneous charges, I have received absolutely nothing back. To top it all off, the fitness manager specifically asked me to send an email so we could have this issue documented on file. I sent the email, but he has completely ignored it and refused to reply in writing. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding leaving a paper trail, and I honestly doubt my recurring sessions have even been cancelled at this point. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a gym. The front desk staff will just give you the runaround with empty excuses when you ask for help, and management completely ghosts you once they have your money. Horrible customer service and completely untrustworthy billing practices.
