  Shoutout to Ohno, Johan, and Jesse at UFC Gym for always being such friendly, funny, and helpful staff members. They’ve consistently been attentive to both my needs and my gym buddies’ needs anytime we come in for our workouts, and they always create a welcoming environment. They’re also super knowledgeable when it comes to gym policies and honestly know how to upsell the UFC gear without being pushy because they actually know the products well. Also, huge shoutout to Melanee for selling me on the recovery services and to Julian for being helpful since the day I first signed up. Great team overall and definitely a big part of why I enjoy coming to this gym!

  definitely the best gym in Alhambra hands down! Jesse is such a wonderful staff member as well, he will make sure that everything is good throughout the late nights. Making me feel safe to workout as well! shout out to Julian as well will forever remember the kind words one needs to hear at times. Overall, most of the people that work out here will help you with any machine that one is not familiar with, and thats why I chose UFC Alhambra❣️

  Good gym but they don’t even have the sauna on the mornings in the men’s locker room. It’s off by 5am and for whatever reason they turn it on later like 11am. Like today it was still off at 10am. I love ending my workouts in the sauna and it’s pretty upsetting to see it off when the gym is open 24 hours and I’m paying over $50 a month for my membership. This has been a constant problem still since they opened in February 2026. Other patrons and I have told their front desk just to be brushed off. Be wary if you like the sauna like I do. Do better UFC gym Alhambra.

  Great gym! Great experience, as a founding member I am overall satisfied and glad I made the right choice to change my gym. Front desk are always polite every time I check in and check out. I go in as early as 3am, it's always clean and never packed. Plus machines are always working not like other previous gyms I been at where not only are weight rooms crowded but restrooms are dirty or do not work. As of now, no complaints! :)

  I'm writing this on behalf of my mom regarding her experience at UFC Gym, and it has been extremely disappointing. To start, she actually really liked the gym. She felt comfortable there, was happy with the environment, and was getting a great workout in. She was making progress and becoming healthier physically, so it's unfortunate that things led to her having to cancel her membership. She participated in a courtesy training session, and afterward decided to sign up. However, shortly after, she changed her mind and requested a refund before any paid training sessions even began. The total amount was $480, and no services were ever used. All communication regarding this situation was handled directly by my mom. She was the one who spoke with staff in person and followed up on the refund request. I only accompanied her afterward for support, but she was the one who formally addressed everything with the gym. She was told a refund would be issued by a staff member named Julian Duran, who even noted it in their system. The note specifically stated: "Elwin is putting cancelation in for PT purchased on 03/16/2026 for $480. Refund will hit first week of April 2026 Julian Duran." However, this ended up not being true. When she went in person, she spoke with Elwin, who is one of the managers. He informed her that he was not aware of this request and that it had never been brought to his attention. He also stated that he was unable to process the refund himself and that another manager who was working from home would need to be physically present in order to process it. This added even more confusion and delay to the situation. She was encouraged to wait for the other manager to come in, but at that point she had already clearly requested to cancel. The overall experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, so she decided to proceed with canceling and allow the bank to handle the dispute. She also later learned that she was supposed to complete a "Monthly Personal Training Cancellation Form" in order to process the refund. However, this form was never provided to her at the time, nor was she guided through that process by staff. This shows that proper procedures were not followed on their end. She continued to receive conflicting information, one employee said the refund could take up to 21 days, while another said refunds typically take around 5 days. She was never provided with any receipt or written confirmation, which is unacceptable when dealing with that amount of money. Additionally, a personal trainer named Rob mentioned that a manager was not available due to a car accident, but it was later found out that the manager was actually working from home. Situations like this only made the experience feel dishonest and unprofessional. A business should be transparent, respectful, and consistent, especially when no services were actually used. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Because of this, we had to involve the bank to resolve the issue, which should not have been necessary. We also have proof that a staff member confirmed she would be receiving a refund, which further supports that the cancellation was acknowledged and should have been processed accordingly. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values professionalism and clear communication.
