- MCMaggie Cao6 days ago1.0Worst dentist experience ever. The doctor did not see patients in the order they arrived, and we had to wait for over an hour just to speak with the doctor for about one minute. What was even more frustrating is that they did not provide any treatment that day and instead asked us to reschedule for an appointment a month later. The long wait, lack of communication, and inefficient scheduling made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dental office based on our experience.
- LRLizz RAug 26, 20263.0They definitely overbook, I've waited over an hour for appointments. No issues with customer service, have always been treated respectfully. One observation though, I believe she may be a manager but in my opinion her wardrobe is highly inappropriate for a kids dental office, looks like club attire. I know people can dress how they feel but around kids not appropriate. Underwear almost visible with how short and tight the skirts are, probably a size too small too. I've only really been there on Saturday's so not sure if it's an every day thing.

I wanted to figure out why but when I call they put me on hold for 40 minuets hung up on me then when I tried to call back they kept hanging up on me. They over booked appointments she got sized for her retainer so I donβt know what the issue is. And the customer service is terrible they put u on hold never return to the line then just hang up on you. Now they are saying they didnβt send out her results completely unprofessional and rude staff. I wish It was an option to not come back.
