It was so frustrating I even resorted to using a very old script rather than getting updated lenses. And used that pair til they were full of scratches! She did a lot of creative problem solving tweaking this and that, as well as providing pragmatic reminders of best practices with the type of lenses I use. I feel hopeful I will soon have glasses that work great! She also did a great job explaining tests and their results illuminating things I hadn’t known that felt helpful. I hope she’s happy in this career for years to come! Thank you!
