StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Alameda offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

The assisted stretches were incredibly helpful, and she also gave me useful tips and stretches I can continue working on at home. I know I need more appointments so I purchased a package. After my session I was so happy knowing i’m going to get better I really enjoyed it and very satisfied I shared my experience with my supervisor and now she is going to sign up for herself. I have peace in my mind because Kiaser did not do nothing for me ! So yes stretch lab is the thing to do I will continue to make sure I am 100% very grateful for stretch lab …

Definitely needed to stretch muscles out after riding on the bike 8-9 hours a day. Well worth it. He knows exactly what needs to be to be stretched Thanks Mijo.
