- BOB OlivaresJun 16, 20265.0I hadn't had an eye exam in a few years so I went in to the Southshore location to check out their selection of frames and schedule an appointment. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, it was not very busy so I was able to schedule an exam for the following day and spend time trying on frames. They have a good selection of both budget-friendly and high end frames and even offered to look into different colors if I didn't find it in-store. The next day I arrived for my appointment and despite being much busier, I was checked in and seen right away. The pre-screening and exam were very thorough and the doctor clearly explained my options based on my prescription and eye care needs. Everyone was very helpful, professional and courteous. It took a bit of time and patience (thank you Patricia!) But I was able to get my glasses ordered as well as trial new contacts. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

Marc helped me figure out which lenses to get, and also got me a pretty nice coupon that made the price way cheaper than anything I could find online. Moreover, the contact lenses has arrived the very next day. Amazing experience, highly recommend! They also gave me trial lenses to last me until I got them.
