- LSLai SaeleeJan 23, 20221.0I haven’t been back to this GNC store in a long while so when they had a promo deal buy 2 get one free I made a stop. They ran out of what I needed so was able to get box of the vitamin there and supposedly have 2 ship to my house. I never got my items that I paid for. It turns out there was a typo and it got ship to wrong address. So I call their customer service and it was useless. He told me he can’t refund me and escalated my issue to internal department and I should get an email from them how to proceed with getting my refund. That being said, I still have not heard anything back from them. I accepted my loss at this point and will not buy from them again.

Store clerk was knowledgeable about the products and also about different kinds of diet lifestyles. It made my first shopping experience at GNC fun and not intimidating.
