  The vibe at Yoga6 is so friendly and helpful. It’s a smaller place which makes it more personable. You don’t get lost in the crowd. The instructors are really clear as they guide the class through positions. And they offer a complimentary chilled wash cloth at the end of class to instantly cool down. So thoughtful. I’m thrilled to find Yoga6. Thanks everyone.

  Yoga Six is an outstanding experience for all levels. I am 59 years old, suffer with severe neuropathy in both feet and chronic back pain. I should mention I do not like the heat. 🤣 I have never done yoga before and certainly not hot yoga. Now after my 13th class I crave to come back again. Kendall leads a class that you will leave filling satisfaction and peace.

  Class was AMAZING. I took Oscars slow flow- which was exactly what I needed & an absolute blast! I also love Yasmina’s, Paris’, and SaDee’s classes. Something for everyone! ❤️

  Marissa’s class was great! She challenged us all in a very motivating way. Her instruction was clear and accessible. She is very welcoming and her playlist was great.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after several experiences at this studio, I feel compelled to share my perspective. Unfortunately, I’ve found both the quality of instruction and the overall atmosphere to be disappointing. While some classes were adequate, I consistently encountered instructors who felt disengaged and front desk staff who came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. More concerning, I experienced what I perceived to be racial bias on two separate occasions—once involving front desk staff and another involving vendors during one of the studio’s pop-up events. Whether intentional or not, the interactions left me feeling uncomfortable, excluded, and unwelcome. This review is not based on a single bad day or isolated incident. It reflects multiple visits over time, during which I repeatedly left feeling out of place. As a person of color, I did not experience the sense of community, inclusivity, or belonging that many yoga studios strive to create. There are many yoga studios that foster a genuinely welcoming environment for all students. Unfortunately, this was not one of them, and I will not be returning.
