I'm glad that they have a brick and mortar store so that I had help with the entire process and I didn't have to order online.

Though there can be a wait because of the time they take to assist customers, so be patient. Only, issue is the cost for high RX lenses is high and not sure how much insurances will cover and they only do single vision or progressives, no bifocals.

It just takes a few people with a grudge to skew results. WP is great; inexpensive and stylish glasses, easy to order, easy returns, staff is helpful without being overwhelming. SO much better than the traditional optometrist offices any Gen Xer and older dealt with for years. And I highly recommend the optometrist here, Dr. Gurjeevan Hothi. Just a really good guy; friendly, skilled, quietly competent, great value.
