  The staff is very friendly and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions.

  The staff are kind and helpful. Sometimes have to wait long periods to see the doctor. They are efficient in their testing procedures and they make the trip to the doctor thorough and comfortable. The technicians explain well so I could understand. Dr.kaufer is kind funny and thorough.

  Dr. Kaufer has been my Ophthalmologist since my cataract surgery ~10 years ago. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of his service. The assistance are excellent, efficient, and thorough. Dr. Kaufer treated my wife and me until my wife passed away in 2025. I give the highest possible recommendation for Dr. Kaufer.

  I went for a consultation about my cataracts and had a through exam, but my insurance required i have different surgeon than the one with whom I had the appointment. I was concerned about having to wait for another appointment and have another co-pay, but i was able to see the second doctor the same day, and no co-pay as it wad considered *paperwork". I was afraid he wouldn't get credit from my insurance since he had to pass me along, and he said "the clinic will get taken care of" meaning he wasn't concerned about getting paid himself. At the other clinic, I was seen that afternoon, scheduled for both eyes within a month and the second surgeon was as kind as the first, answering questions and explaining everything. It was a great experience at both places and I'm very comfortable about my coming procedures. Thank you!
