  Have been a patient of Dr. Kaufers for many years and have recommended him to many family and friends. He is not only a superb ophthalmologist but also a fine gentleman and decent (and interesting) human being. His staff is also excellent as well.

  Dr. Kaufer is a terrific doctor and a great guy. Been seeing him for years. Once saw me at 6am when I had a tough problem as I am blind in one eye. Did my cataracts. Very nice staff. Ask him about sky-surfing…😊

  I had an emergency situation. Dr. Swanson was kind enough to see me as soon as possible. The staff was wonderful professional very friendly. His office is amazing. Thank you again for a great service.

  Tucson Eye Physicians employees very professional and also very sympathetic of what i was there for, which means alot to me. I like how they explained everything that was going on with me and how fast they took care of me. They made me feel like a person with feelings and took care of my fears. Thank you!

  I chose PureSee EDOF lenses for cataract lens replacement and less than a week after surgery, I can see extremely well without correction for reading and distance. My outcome is better than I expected, especially considering I previously had LASIK which adds some unknowns for future correction. I opted for the Lensar option and highly recommend Dr Swanson as a surgeon with Lensar and PureSee for lens replacement. I can already see better than the J&J lens simulator’s “high outcome” scenario and still less than a week after surgery, so vision is supposed to get even better after full healing takes 4 weeks. I can’t imagine much improvement since already great, but we’ll see.
