  Before I started, I was struggling immensely with nervous system overwhelm, shame or self-criticism, and feeling reactive and/or stuck. I didn't realize how severe my self made living environment was compared to others. Through the treatment, I noticed feeling calmer and more regulated, and what stood out to me about the experience was a calmer sleep pattern emerging as well as less self shame and such. Beyond the sessions I've discovered less trigger responses and more resilience in my life, now I feel a lot safer in my own skin. What makes Dr. Blessings unique is her genuine ability to understand her patients and connect with them on a energetic level, I've barely known the woman long yet it feels like years of friendship. I highly recommend this program for anyone suffering at the end of there rope, having tried everything else already. This is for you.

  Dr. Blessing and her team are amazing! My husband had a major problem with alcohol, and my 16 year old son was struggling with anxiety and depression, and through treatments they both have made incredible improvements, to the point that my husband doesn't even drink anymore! Dr. Blessing was so kind, engaging, and such a great listener through the process. Her knowledge and care for her clients is unmatched.

  Dr. Blessing and her team truly are a blessing! Until recently, I suffered with migraines for over 30 years. During that time I went to many conventional doctors and tried several kinds of medications but conditions worsened. I had more migraine/headache days per week than “good” days. I had to remove all scented products from my home, feared situations where I would come into contact with smoke or perfume that would trigger a migraine, and developed sensitivities to many foods so my diet was severely restricted. Once I retired, I was on a mission to improve my health and tried IV therapy, chiropractic therapy, hypnosis, acupuncture and then found Tucson Biofeedback. After my evaluation and first consultation with Dr. Blessing, she presented a comprehensive plan for treatment. I felt like someone was finally looking at me holistically. It takes time and commitment. But the journey with them is fun, eye opening and soooo worth it. Dr. Blessing also identified, to my surprise, some areas in my life that needed work and addressing them has helped me tremendously. After four months of treatment, I can go for several weeks without a headache and for the headaches I do have, OTC analgesics or ginger pills are adequate. My use of prescription migraine medicines has decreased dramatically. I have been able to expand my diet and am eating more healthy foods. Tucson Biofeedback is a wonderful, caring holistic provider. Biofeedback is amazing. Thank you Dr. Blessing for the work that you do and for giving me the ability to live a wonderful life.

  Tucson Biofeedback is a life changer. I was diagnosed with anxiety, major depression, PTSD, Thyroid issues and Fibromyalgia. I was tired of feeling exhausted and drained every day. Anna and her staff, provides latest cutting edge technology and an Holistic approach towards Health care.
