  I have been going here for a few years. Scheduling is easy. The doctor great; thorough and explains everything to me. The optical assistant Zane is outstanding. He spent well over an hour with me helping me pick a pair of glasses. So why only 4 stars? Turnaround time of 2+ weeks to get your glasses and a somewhat abysmal selection eyeware. After over an hour, I only found one pair of glasses that was suitable, and even then I settled.

  First time here and it was a very fast and easy process. Everyone was very friendly and professional, especially the gentleman at the end(I **believe** his name was Xander)who helped me pick my frames. He helped me pick the ones that suited my face and made sure they were comfortable, as well as explained the pricing and addons in an easy to understand way. See you in a few weeks for my new glasses! :)

  I overall felt that the clinic is a nice, welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and helpful, to a point. I have a strong prescription and my glasses were not made correctly after multiple attempts. I ended up returning them and was promised a refund, which I haven’t received yet. There appears to be a lot of disorganization in the operation of the company, I have gone here for several years and so it’s disappointing to have something like this happen with zero followup. I will not be returning.

  First things first, Alexander C., he was amazing! Excellent customer service, attentive, good insite on the products they offer. If my experience was based only on our interaction it would be 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was an interesting experience, the office is EXTREMELY tight, and the exam chair/equipment wasn't well maintained. I was asked to slouch as the viewing device wasnt able to reach me, im 5'5" so it's not a big expectation. Gilbuena was professional and explained my exam well and in terms I understood. End result, not a bad spot, but limited selection on glasses and the equipment does need tlc. But it's convenient and local for south east tucson/vale.

  The doctor and staff have ALWAYS been very friendly each time I’ve gone in there. Very knowledgeable and the Dr that I saw yesterday Riley, Dr, Riley Williams, I believe was the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. Very thorough and I would recommend going to see him! The only thing that upsets me is that I Paid for two pairs of glasses last June that were not cheap and I’ve called the office several times and went into the office on several occasions as they knew, I work out of town and could only make it in certain days of the month. they kept telling me to give it a couple more weeks and here we are And they would not offer me a discount to replace the lens as this current doctor informed me yesterday that the previous doctor gave me too strong of a prescription last time I was there. Other than that, I would Just make sure you get the right prescription and you bring your glasses back and enforce them to give you the correct ones.
