  Pamela was very disrespectful, unprofessional towards my grandmother at her appointment. My grandmother & mom don’t speak any English & it seemed like Pamela got frustrated with them due to the language barrier. We won’t be doing a follow-up visit with Pamela, we hope that future interactions with different ethnicity patients will be more considerate and professional.

  Pam Wood has years of experience, a warm and friendly manner, and knows just how to explain the technical aspects of hearing aids and their phone apps to tech-challenged clients. She has helped me to get the most from my hearing aids, and I appreciate her professional attention to my hearing needs.
