I’ve been to a few different studios, and this one is by far the best one I’ve been to. Always look forward to class, would totally recommend!

I didnt know what to expect and I am a retired athlete but they kicked my butt! Sore in places I didnt know i could be! Music was pumping and the group of powerful ladies really pushed me further! Can't recommend this more!! Thank you!
