  What a wonderful experience at Pineapple Eyecare! From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Dr. Alan Cheung was amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took his time with my eye exam, explained everything clearly, and I felt very confident in the care I received. The technology and equipment are impressive and made the entire experience feel very modern and comprehensive. I also love supporting a locally owned business that is part of our Tucson community. You can really feel that they care about the people they serve. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Amazing service, wonderful staff, excellent care, and a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. I am extremely happy with my visit and highly recommend Pineapple Eyecare!

  I had a great experience at Pineapple Express! I went in for an eye exam and everything went smoothly. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional, and they explained everything really well throughout the process. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend Pineapple Express if you’re looking for a great eye exam experience in Tucson!

  This was my first time visiting, and I’m so glad I decided to come here! I have always had my eye exams at another place, but it was often difficult to get an appointment, and appointments were usually 2–3 weeks out. I was able to get a same-day appointment here, which was amazing. The moment I walked in, I was acknowledged and greeted warmly. I was immediately directed and shown where the eye exams were done. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and even took the time to thank me for completing my registration online. I really appreciated that because it made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient. Within minutes, I was back with the doctor getting my eye exam. The doctor was amazing and explained everything to me throughout the exam, which made me feel very comfortable. After my exam, I was directed to the front to pick out my glasses. I believe the young lady’s name was Alyssa, and she was wonderful! She took her time helping me choose my glasses and was so kind and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in until I left. I am so glad I made the decision to come here. I will definitely be coming back next year for my eye exam and would highly recommend this place to anyone! ❤️

  I went here because it's co-located with Lenscrafters, and my wife has had very good experiences with glasses from Lenscrafters. I was not happy with the last place I got glasses. While the eye exam was done well at the last place, Dr. Stephanie Cooper and the entire team at Pineapple were wonderful, including the receptionists and technicians The people at Pineapple are efficient - you aren't waiting around too long when you make an appt online as they have all your info already. Dr Cooper reviewed the exam with me and took the time to get the prescription right. Pineapple also has more advanced equipment than some other optical shops in Tucson. If you're not happy with where you've been going for eye exams and glasses, then give Pineapple Eyecare and Lenscrafters a chance. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
