She took her time to understand my problems and did a fantastic job of asking me questions without adding complicated jargon. She wanted to understand my problems and was clearly knowledgeable — beyond what I have experienced with other providers. The front Desk staff were also outstanding! Brook was so kind and patient as he guided me through the various machines, he even made the awful puff of air machine go by quickly and stress free.
