    I started the journey into weight loss a few weeks ago and decided to give this program a shot after hearing a lot of positive things about it. I'm barely into it, but the experience thus far has been phenomenal. Ashley and her team take a 'whole health' approach rather than a simple quick fix. It's all about lifestyle change and goal setting for long term health benefits. They are an amazing team and are endlessly supportive of their patients, cheering on every pound lost and every health target reached. I am excited to continue my journey with this amazing group of supportive people!
