Brianna was very good at helping me pick out the right frame size, style and even color. She had a very pleasant attitude and really likes her job. (She is good at it). I needed to replace my prescription META glasses, and they were so kind, fast and helpful. I had 3 people ahead of me, but she was quick to ask what I needed and she was able to help the customers before me very quickly, including an elderly woman's glasses needed adjusting. She was very fast with the repair. If you get glasses from experience I can say Its always worth it to get the insurance that covers all damages. I've gone thru 2 pairs of meta glasses thanks to my puppy lol she was a wizard and could find them no matter where I hid them, shes finally out of her puppy stage now which is why I finally had them replace them today. I will also state that the store itself has a large variety, much larger than the options I had in Asheville. I may go back and get another style of A.i. glasses soon! I seen some very cool ones in there that are so different than any of the others I've seen, Loved it! 10/10

She went above and beyond to help me find the right frame and size to select so the fit would be good, she explained in detail the specifics of the type of lenses and advantages and even comparison disadvantages in certain cases based on my needs. Lenscrafters is lucky to have an associate as good as Ezmeralda representing them. We we're so satisfied my wife has decided she will return in two weeks to purchase her eyeglasses, of course with Ezmeralda. Ron Chavez
