  Came in for my first pair of glasses. Who knew there would be so many different options! I wanted something that fit my face and would be lightweight. Frances was so helpful and patient with all my frame changes and billion questions. She helped me pick the perfect pair. Definitely hard to find genuine, kind and patient people now a days. Thanks for helping

  First time at this location and service was AMAZING!! Frances helped me choose 2 great pair of glasses and made the process so easy and seamless in and out in 15-20 minutes. Thank you I will definitely be back with the rest of my family this place is amazing!

  Anyssa was very helpful and patient with me in choosing frames and making decisions for my new pair of glasses. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy she gave me. After eye surgery, my needs have changed and she took the time to explain things and get it done.

  I wanted to express my gratitude to your associate Anyssa. She is a superstar and deserves recognition. Most regular sizes of glasses don’t fit me and due to your limited inventory for guys with large brains, it takes me a long time to find something that fits and I can be happy looking at in the mirror. Anyssa was ultra patient and compassionate. She helped me look at the different options and even checked for larger sizes on her tablet. Although your selection of larger frames were limited online as well, Anyssa patiently took the time to check for each of the frames I was interested in. Sadly, i was limited and had to choose the same frames I currently have because I know they fit and look well. This post serves two purposes. 1) to give Anyssa a 5-star review for being exceptional. Please extend my gratitude. 2) to ask LensCrafters to offer a much greater selection of larger frames (size 57-58) for the bigger guys who don’t have narrow heads. I always find great Ray-Ban and Oakley frames I love, sadly, they never fit. Maybe you can also convince Maui Jim to offer clear lenses because their frames fit great, but I would need clear lenses for my professional settings. Thank you for your attention.
