Even though we had been there first, about three other people were taken ahead of us while we continued waiting. Eventually our child started getting fussy, and after being passed over multiple times, we got frustrated and left. Once he calmed down, we came back, and they finally saw us. The whole experience felt disorganized and disrespectful of our time, especially while trying to manage a young child. We will not be coming back to this location.
