- IHIra HayesAug 22, 20264.01st time here. Eye doctor was great, Luis did an excellent job as well. I was only getting new lenses as my frames were still good. He took his time to measure so everything was perfect. He said it would be a couple of weeks for them to come in. I received the call and went in. I told the woman that I was there to get the lenses put in my frames. She asked for my phone number so I assumed she was looking up my order. She then went to calculating and then tells me it would be $500 because I had bought glasses from there before! I asked what she was talking about as I said I was there to get the ones I ordered put in! She said she misunderstood. Then said it would be a couple of hours and they would text me when done. Luckily it was only about 40 minutes. When I went back to the store, one pair was ready and in a few minutes the second pair was done. I definitely could see better. But after spending over $300 they give you a plastic eye case that looks like it is from the 50's!
