Everyone there is so kind and helpful but I want to especially give props to Morisette, the wonderful assistant to Dr. Gill.I had an appointment last Wednesday, and was paying with my Care Credit, but after checking in, she realized that the system that they use for Care Credit was down. She tried multiple times to get it to work,to no avail. She was extremely apologetic and offered to get me rebooked as early as the next day. Due to financial constraints, I had to push the appointment out to the following week, but Morisette recommended giving a call the morning of the appointment to prepay my copay, to ensure a smooth seamless check-in process and save some money on the uber there, if the event the systems were down again. The morning of my appointment , I called and spoke to Morisette and she remembered me and my situation. She mentioned that she was going to reach out to me if I hadn’t called first. We got the payment processed and my receipt was emailed over. When I arrived, Morisette warmly greeted me, got the necessary paperwork completed and took me back to perform the pretesting. She explained each step before beginning to ensure I didn’t have any questions. And we joked when I said that I thought I “failed” one part of the exam. We then chitchatted a bit more while waiting on Dr. Gill to finish with the exam prior to mine. After the exam, she gave some helpful contact lenses tips, as I hadn’t worn contacts in over 10 years. Morisette was a delight to work with and I’m looking forward to my follow up next week to let her and Dr. Gill know how things are going.
