- TGTTime Del GaudioAug 15, 20261.0Staff is rude and incompetent
- BCBriauna CruzJul 19, 20262.0this is more for whoever makes the decision to open the store at 11am on Sundays and 10 AM the rest of the week There are people who have lives to go to the gym earlier than that. I think it’s pretty ridiculous. Open that late.
- KMKatrina MendozaDec 7, 20242.0The guy that worked on Thursday, I don’t have his name but he was rude and when asked a question about an item he responded with sarcasm like if I was asking a stupid question. Makes me want to rethink going to this location especially reviewing all the other reviews.
- AWAngela WagnerApr 3, 20222.0I am an athlete and started having issues with my knees. I researched collagen supplements and found one with high ratings and good reviews. I bought it twice at GNC. The third time I went to buy it, they had stopped carrying it Again, I did my research and found another brand. I bought it at GNC near me. The next time I went in, they were out. I just went back in and they are still out. The manager, Matt, said they could ship it to me but would take four days. I needed it today to start using it as I have a match coming up this weekend. He called the next closest GNC to see if they had it in stock. They had one. I drove over and Matt had given them the wrong SKU. Waste of time and has. I called back and he wanted to send it by mail. The shelves are half empty and the employees are incompetent. Do not recommend using GNC. Will go elsewhere for supplements in the future to a shop that takes care of business and customers.
