  Terrible experience here...which honestly is the status quo for this location. This is a company failure and not so much the new employee's fault however he could have tried harder to resolve a very simple problem in my opinion. I wanted to do a return. Very basic customer service task for a retail location. I had the receipt. I had the product. This should have been a 5 minute in and out transaction, instead the young man told me he was new and unfamiliar with how to process a return asked me to return tomorrow when the manager would be available...that's simply unacceptable. I'm constantly reminded why I choose ordering online more often than over paying in store. Where is the resources for this employee to do his job ? I suggested he call another location and ask how to process a return...he did not take my suggestion instead standing there and apologizing he couldn't help me while simabtaneuously not making any additional effort to help me! Very frustrating

  Extremely rude lady. Acted like I was bothering her. Houghton and Broadway is so much better.
