  Stopped buy today after eating next door at Rubio's. The store was very clean and well stocked. I needed an energy drink to finish my trip back to New Mexico. Went straight to the BUM energy drink fridge and found a new flavor, Bum Energy Baja Skatt. I got one and the young lady there was quick to ring me up and was friendly and professional. I'll be back as Rubio's is my middle stopping point when driving to/from New Mexico/Arizona. Now I can get a drink as well after my meal.

  Terrible experience here...which honestly is the status quo for this location. This is a company failure and not so much the new employee's fault however he could have tried harder to resolve a very simple problem in my opinion. I wanted to do a return. Very basic customer service task for a retail location. I had the receipt. I had the product. This should have been a 5 minute in and out transaction, instead the young man told me he was new and unfamiliar with how to process a return asked me to return tomorrow when the manager would be available...that's simply unacceptable. I'm constantly reminded why I choose ordering online more often than over paying in store. Where is the resources for this employee to do his job ? I suggested he call another location and ask how to process a return...he did not take my suggestion instead standing there and apologizing he couldn't help me while simabtaneuously not making any additional effort to help me! Very frustrating

  Extremely rude lady. Acted like I was bothering her. Houghton and Broadway is so much better.
