At many points I felt I was not listened to (at one point they interrupted me before I could finish my sentence 3 times in a row). At the end, it turned out it was there the whole time. The tried to shame me for not sharing the appropriate details, when I had shared those details with them multiple times

Everytime I call they don't even bother to say please hold or nothing the just send you straight to hold got you looking all stupid talking to yourself. I call back and they do it over and over as if it were on purpose. There's no way they "Too busy" Because it's always the same. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I don't even know how they still open.
