- RNRyan NAug 1, 20221.0I went to get my refill of a prescription I take for ADD, a controlled substance. They told me I needed to electronically send the prescription request due to Arizona law. I advised them I never did that before and they just refilled it for me a few months ago this same way. Advised they could look it up in there system and asked when did this law pass because it's new to me. They said they weren't sure but it was recently passed and refused to fill my prescription. I probably should have asked for a manager but thinking they may be right I went home and researched this "new law" which I didn't find. Took the prescription elsewhere to have it filled because I didn't want to give them my business after they lied to me
