- MQMargaret Queathem6 days ago1.0Previously with other doctors we have had 100% positive experiences at Target Optical. However Dr Jennifer was condescending and rude during the exam when we opted out of all the “extras” for a teenager with zero risk factors of eye issues. As a person with an actual serious eye condition, I found it very off-putting to be lectured and berated for our family’s choices in front of my teenager. Although she said “I’m not trying to argue with you” it sure sounded like it. I will not return to El Con Target Optical until a different doctor practices here.

I've had eye exams over the years but she was the only one to figure out that I have astigmatism and am also slightly near sighted.The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. No one tried to upsell me and get me to spend more money. Just honest suggestions of what they thought was best and no pressure to do anything that wasn't needed.
