Aside from the snootiness they will never give you the PD once you tell them you are buying elsewhere. It's ridiculous because you pay for the exam and the results it provides.

Either this is the managing doctor’s name or your system needs updating .Also , I FIRST confirmed my recent Tuesday appointment on a Thursday … Then 3 more times plus a phone call reminder on Monday . Is there a glitch in your auto reminder system ? I have used similar Dr appointment reminders and they work very efficiently .
