- JCJay CeeMay 11, 20261.0I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Ryan, PA. I came in for two specific concerns, but instead of receiving a clear plan of action or the specialized care I expected from a dermatology office, I was met with hesitation. He stated he was 'uncomfortable' performing the primary procedure I needed and offered very little guidance on next steps. I feel that seeing an actual dermatologist might have resulted in a much better outcome and a more confident diagnosis. What was most frustrating was the focus on my insurance coverage rather than my health. After discussing my insurance provider, he made an unreassuring gesture and spent most of the appointment speculating about my deductible and warning me about out-of-pocket costs. He seemed much more concerned with the financial side of things than providing medical expertise. Ultimately, I felt I wasted my time with no effort from the provider to help me. I left the office with no solutions and no treatment. Even the front desk was unable to provide clarity, simply stating they would call me later. I would not recommend this office if you are looking for a provider who is confident, knowledgeable, compassionate and focuses on the patient’s needs.

Staff are helpful with scheduling appointments. Medical staff are top notch. I've had several skin cancer spots removed, one on my upper ear. The procedure was thorough, efficient, successful, and my ear healed very well. If you need a dermatologist, make a visit here, you'll be happy you did.
